If you select the Program Partner option, you’ll receive an

For those looking to train heavier, you can also add a
third Powertube to your PTP Resistance System Lite to extend the resistance range.

The third Medium Powertube can be added as an extra cost during checkout.

Which one should I choose?

  • Choose the PTP Resistance System Lite if you’re new to resistance training, returning from a break, or prioritising longevity, control, and joint health.
  • Choose the PTP Resistance System Lite + Extra Powertube if you already train regularly, want higher resistance options, or prefer faster progression.

The PTP Training App is available on both iOS and Android.

Once downloaded, simply create an account or log in using the email address you used at checkout to access your challenge content and included programs.

All Challenge content is accessed directly through this website by clicking on
28 Day Challenge in the top menu.

Before the Challenge begins—and throughout the Challenge—you’ll receive
regular emails from our team with tips, guidance, and reminders to help you prepare and stay on track.

Each day, we’ll send you a daily reminder and recap outlining your lesson and workout for that day.

The fitness and workout component of the Challenge is completed via the
PTP Training App. This is why you’ll need to download the app and
create an account using the email you used at checkout.

Together, the website, email guidance, and app-based training create a seamless Challenge experience.

No stress — you can catch up at any time.

While the Challenge starts on the same day for everyone,
all content from previous days remains accessible throughout the program.

If you miss a day (or two), simply go back and:

  • Complete the missed workout
  • Review the daily lesson
  • Finish the quiz when you’re ready

The Challenge is designed to be flexible and supportive, so you can move at a pace that works for you while still getting the full experience.
